This project, designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, rises 850 feet above Manhattan and is fully clad in sculpted Bavarian limestone, culminating in a distinctive ornamental crown. Its vertical expression reinforces a contemporary interpretation of the classic New York high-rise.
The architectural language extends into the interiors, where natural stone and carefully selected materials define the arrival sequence and residential spaces. Proportion, texture, and detailing are handled with restraint, emphasizing permanence and material integrity.
Italkraft manufactured the millwork and bathroom cabinetry, delivering and installing all custom millwork across multiple residences, including the penthouses. The scope ensured continuity of finish, precision fabrication, and consistent execution throughout the tower.
