FOUR SEASONS

This project at Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas is conceived as a standalone residential enclave set on an elevated 11-acre site, offering panoramic views of the city, the Red Rock Mountains, and the Las Vegas Strip. Comprising private residences independent from a hotel structure, the development balances seclusion with direct access to the city’s energy.

Designed by Wimberly Interiors, the interiors draw from the desert landscape as a primary reference, integrating tonal warmth, texture, and restraint with the refined character associated with the Strip. The architectural and interior language focuses on proportion, material depth, and a strong sense of place.

Cabinetry throughout the residences will be manufactured and installed by Italkraft, ensuring technical precision and cohesive execution across the project.
